I was so scared of trying pole but Sheryl and Vanessa (and all the students) are so so welcoming, they explain everything in detail and give you moves to try based on your level and will only allow you to move on to more advanced things once they know you are fully capable and ready, so there’s nothing to be scared of 😊 they are the best!
A super inclusive studio with a great atmosphere!
I always used to struggle with exercising consistently but once I started pole I quickly became addicted and it was so satisfying to feel myself getting stronger and achieving things I never thought I’d be able to previously.
The instructors do a fantastic job of maintaining a very welcoming, safe and fun environment whilst also ensuring techniques and tricks are adapted to every individual’s skill level.
Vanessa and Sheryl were amazing with the kids and really engaging and helpful when it came to showing the kids the techniques on equipment and making sure they had lots of fun aswell.
Such a friendly environment and the instructors are so helpful.
Keeps me fit and strong, but doesn’t even feel like exercise.
The instructors are friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend if your new or returning to pole fitness x
They’re super down to earth, make you feel comfortable, help you out as much as you need it and have created such a fun and safe environment.
