Bodyworks Pilates Studio

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Chloe Hart at Bodyworks for her wonderful Pilates classes, first on Zoom then in real life which gave a huge boost to my flexibility and core strength which helped me stay on my bike for up to 10 hours a day for 9 consecutive days.

Sentiment Analysis
This is the only exercise class I've ever continued to take; there is no pressure to do/try anything beyond your ability and the atmosphere is very lighthearted and fun!
Chloe was very professional and know exactly what my problem was with my neck and shoulders.
It was professional, very nice environment and I found Chloe a very pleasant person.
I have regularly been having sports massages and Swedish massages from Chloe, always feel fantastic afterwards, it has definitely been helping the issues I had with painful areas in my back.
Chloe is professional, highly trained and skilled and really takes time to consult with you to make sure the treatment is effective and ultimately what you as her client wants.
Chloe gets straight to the root of the problem…as always I came out feeling much better than when I went in!
Chloe offers a choice of massage styles and regularly updates and amends her skills to provide new experiences.
She also gave me some great advice and showed me how to use a foam roller, which has proved to be of great benefit at home.
Chloe is absolutely fantastic - effective work on injured and changing body whilst pregnant and post baby.
She does not only help you with massage therapy but also gives other suggestions about how to deal with musculoskeletal problems – which exercises to do and which to avoid, what to use – heat or cold – on the 'sore bits', and plenty of other useful advice.
