Every time I come to train here I know I’m going to have a great time and have a great workout, the classes are varied enough to keep it interesting and the coaches are fantastic.
Shapesmiths is not only amazing for fitness (I would not go anywhere else now) but also been incredible for giving me a community outside of work and external friends.
