Amazing gym! I trained before, but was looking for a new place to train. I started off doing the ladies kickboxing course, was great to get back to basics and perfect techniques, they really do cater for all levels and wont push you too hard if you do not want too! Which I know puts alot of women off training. I signed up for membership after this and the prices are very reasonable! All the staff I have met are friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable. 🙏Clean gym and toilets, good equipment, did the ladies kickboxing grading, that was so much fun and got some great feedback on what I need to work on, got a medal and a certificate, I am learning alot training here! I'm sure I'll be here for years to come. 💪👍🙏🥊🥷

As well as being informative, they are fun, and the guys are always patient with us while we're learning the more technical bits.
6 weeks could go past quickly without any real learning happening but we were shown what to do, with combinations and defence, how to do it and most importantly why.
I've been training Muay Thai at Fit2Box for about 2 and a half years and I can't recommend the gym enough!
I’ve been doing 1 to 1 sessions with Ollie, learnt so much in such a short amount of time his knowlage and training techniques are quality also really easy to get on with which is perfect.
As a beginner Ollie has been really patient with him explaining everything and making the sessions really enjoyable.
