Adult classes can be joined from the age of 16. Here we teach a combination of Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Self Defence. We are big believers in constantly trying to improve each day (hence the name Kaizen). We cater for different ages, abilities and ambitions. We generally train in Twos or Threes, working through syllabus or coming together for group learning or training.

Can't say enough good things about the club and the sensa Gary davis, highly professional and friendly, and the club has a great atmosphere everyone help each other out when needed .
The instructors are both professional and friendly and have created a great environment to learn kickboxing no matter your ability or experience levels!
She has grown in confidence and her communication skills with children and adults is so much better.
Whether you are a beginner looking to start something new, or someone looking to up fitness and flexibility or an advanced martial artist looking to improve skills this is a great place to come.
The tuition is top class and they have a lot of time for kids and adults of all abilities my advice is give them a try and you won't be disappointed fun friendly great place to learn Positive Communication, Quality, Professionalism, Value
All levels catered for from complete beginner or a advanced student wanting to improve his/her skills.
My 8 year old daughter and 13 year old son have been attending classes with Marc and Gary for over a year now and they both have enjoyed every class and look forward to each sundays training.
We’ve been training at this club for 5 years as a family, it’s a friendly and welcoming club.
