I have trained with this club since 2015. It was a new years resolution for me to get fit and learn a defence but it became much more than than. The instructors are the best people I have ever met and the other students were so welcoming and friendly. We became a family, not just a self defence class. I learned self defence, self control, I learned to feel safe in communities that were threatening. I knew that if I ever needed to defend myself I could. Joining this club gave me confidence, made me physically and mentally strong and it became the best new years resolution I ever made

I now no longer live local since I moved to Cumbria but i am still commited when I visit liverpool and I'm still always made feel welcome 😁 I would recommend joining this club to anyone and everyone.
This isn’t a school where you pay £3k and get your black belt a week later or pay a direct debit each month and only hit a bag, this is a class where you’ll learn to effectively defend yourself get combat fit, gain confidence in yourself an in all areas of your life, have a laugh and make friends who’ll have your back all whilst looking cool that you now do authentic Krav Maga and Kapap from a real paratrooper and not from some guy who done a online 2 week course.
After training and being put through my paces and enjoying the welcoming atmosphere I trained hard a week by week got to grips with the techniques and passed my first grading
Keith, the head instructor, continues to create classes that teach practical, effective skills while being very enjoyable to take part in.
I have been taking my niece for a year , week by week her confidence has grown due to the excellent training by Keith & Sue and the friendly atmosphere the club provides, it is also very cost effective compared to other clubs in Liverpool great job well done guys
