One of the reasons I chose Thailand is because I want to learn and train more in Muay Thai in its country of origin: I cannot thank the coaches and everyone I have trained with at MBMT enough as they have fostered my interest in the sport!

The classes run by James, Mark and Kev are great, everyone is welcoming and there are all abilities & ages (from teens to seniors like me and everything in between)
Once I arrived there was a more professional feeling being a purpose built training area.
I would highly recommend this for adults and kids James/kevin are very good trainers make you feel very welcome and made feel like part team first day as I suffer with anxiety great place,my 5 year old daughter goes aswell 😉 …
They also offer 1 on 1 classes which I have just signed up for to further improve my technique.
I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who has had prior experience or starting out!
The workouts have been intense (to put it mildly), the coaches are very supportive and approachable and there is a real sense of community at the gym.
