Great place to train, whether you've been training for years or are just starting out.
Visited the gym the other day and was instantly captivated by Mickey (coach), the people and the atmosphere.
Mickey is an amazing trainer, amazing individual and will get you from a newbie to a pro in no time.
Been with Mickey for almost 2 years now and from the first day I walked in I’ve never looked back.
Mickey helps you find the strength within to get back up again and keep fighting, even when you didn’t think it possible.
Although I started going to Mickey's gym in my late 50s (I'm now 61) and there were a lot of uber-pumped fit people around, I always felt welcomed.
Great bunch of people, whats app group is brilliant and the gym is levels!
I feel so much better about myself both physically and mentally and i have also learned how to dance 🙃 most importantly its always fun, besides all the hard work you put in.
