At Nemesis Martial Arts, our junior classes start from 5 years old, until the child is 14. All of our classes start with a warm up program, where the children are given cardio vascular exercises along with stretching, and fun strength exercises. Following the warm up the rest of the lesson is spent on teaching kickboxing techniques, shadow sparring, pad work, sparring drills, Karate drills and traditional Karate Katas so that the children understand all aspects of our chosen arts. Many of our children progress on to the adult classes and stay with the club well into adult hood.

Peter and his team go above and beyond not only to teach high quality martial arts but also actively encourage the children who attend their classes to be kind, respectful and to lookout for those around them in and outside of the class.
Great club with amazing people, would highly recommend
The knowledge and professionalism of the instructors is second to none, they dedicate their own time to teach children and adults of all ages to help them in their martial arts journey.
My daughter and son both enjoyed learning different skills during the lessons, it worth to spend a regular period of time exercising and exploring body balances.
This is all due to the efforts of the Nemesis staff who work tirelessly to develop the skills of the parents and the children.
Amazing experience in fitness, discipline and team sprit
Harrison has attended 5 sessions now and I have to say as mum it makes me so happy and thankful to see such wonderful people helping Harrison out.
My daughters both achieved their second Dan Black belts, an achievement they cherish and that has no doubt motivated them in their pursuit of a fit and healthy lifestyle.
I am a martial artist, practicing for over 25 years, and I have been to many great clubs but this is my most favourite of all.
Personally me and my brother are now competing again post covid and are representing the club at competitions, a feat I would not have the confidence to do without the years of support I have had from Pete and the nemesis club members.
