Having opened up this option from March 2020, I am overwhelmed with the results and enthusiasm from my clients who have been opting in for this. Kilograms lost, muscle gained, waistlines diminished and an approach to healthy eating that has gone on to benefit the entire household; my online clients have really made some amazing progress throughout the lockdown period of this year. I can offer these services as a personal trainer through Zoom, Skype and WhatsApp, it is so convenient and accessible. I am currently offering reduced rates for online training which will continue until January 2021!
