My name is Alexandra Thomas and I've been teaching fitness and Pilates classes for over 16 years., I'm a studio owner, Pilates teacher, massage therapist and Biomechanics trainer. I am also training to be a Yoga teacher. That's enough of the fancy titles. My vocation is still the same as it was when I first started out. I want to help you get stronger, fitter, move freely without pain, improve confidence and be the best version of yourself. This can be achieved through my online programmes whether it's Pilates, fitness, or wellbeing. I am here for you every step of the way.
