Excellent Gym, been coming here for years and I always feel welcomed by Ant & Laura.
I do yoga here, it's convenient plenty of parking, small but well equipped gym plus a decent room for classes which was clean, warm and light with a great instructor and not too pricey
Laura is a passionate fitness professional and will always listen to your needs and build a varied programme around your requirements .

Friendly family run gym, no help is ever too much, Laura and Ant are always on hand for expert advice and guidance no matter what you training goals maybe.

I have been having individual PT sessions with both Ant and Laura for over 7 years now and they went the extra mile during lockdown to provide Zoom and outdoor sessions when we were allowed.
The classes and PT sessions are brilliant and there’s a good range of gym equipment.
