I am so glad I found Seasons and my class with Ruth. I have a back condition and yoga has really helped, it has taught me breathing techniques that help me stay calm and focused in those periods when I am in pain. Ruth is caring, knowledgeable, truly professional with a subtle sense of humour and class has such a friendly atmosphere. I leave every time with my back stretched, warm and my body energised, just as importantly my head is clear and calm…. perfect

I now attend Ruth's Yogalates classes; these are magnificent and fun, a great blend of yoga and pilates.
There's a class for everyone and I've enjoyed all the classes I've been to with Ruth, Caroline and Annie.
Ruth has built a community at Seasons Yoga 🧘♀️ The variety of classes span all abilities and are taught in a peaceful studio environment (she also offers online classes) There are a great bunch of people that attend and there is often bursts of laughter and banter as we try a new challenging position!
I am probably one of the older members of the Seasons Yoga Community, and I was a complete beginner but I feel I have progressed over the years, appreciating many benefits, mental as well as physical, from my yoga practice.

I felt very self-conscious and a little nervous when I first began yoga - my fears were totally unfounded as the Seasons studio and the teachers make you feel so welcome and there is no 'yoga snobbery'.
I’ve never been to the studio, but I’ve been doing online classes during lockdown and they’ve been brilliant.
Such a calm, relaxing space and definitely on my favourites list.
Love it wish I had met Caroline years ago
Online or in the studio, every session is a pleasure, with lots of laughter and generosity of spirit.
