Gea does a lot to bring people together and encourage connection ♥️ Like hosting the monthly Sangha’s circles, Bhakti yoga and constant stream of delish tea you can enjoy post class.

Gea is a brilliant teacher and the yoga flows are a nice level of challenging and relaxation.

I love to see all new ideas Gea translates into reality and into new opportunities to spread positive energy and help her clients

The introductory offer allowed me to try out classes from Sam (Wed evening flowing vinyasa) Renee (Wed evening yin, including dreamy sand bags and resistance balls) and Gea (Mon evening) who is also the studio owner, who led an amazing class incorporating Kirtan at the end.

I also had the pleasure to meet Kitty for yoga, and also for a therapy massage - can't recommend enough.

My partner & I learnt so much today it almost felt like we are ready to go into labour tomorrow with all the necessary tools we need to have a wonderful experience.

I’ve practiced here multiple times and had a different teacher each time they are all so lovely and welcoming highly recommend.

Beautiful and calm place with view to the river, all the professionals are excellent and community is great as well!
