Sentiment Analysis
I have suffered from many symptoms and affects of my trauma, from alopecia, muscle tension and chronic pain, emotional and mental difficulties and shock and grief, insomnia, rapid weight loss and many more.
Sophie does an amazing job of meeting people where they are, meaning class is suitable for all.
Sophie helped me identify that I had chronic pain, and instead of trying to contort my body to stretch it away we have focused on settling my nervous system.
Whenever I go to one of Sophie's yoga classes, either at Tame Valley squash and tennis club or Nurture in Diggle, I always feel great afterwards and like I have moved my body for the better.
I left with direction of how to be more mindful in my everyday life but ultimately the Reiki made me feel lighter and more balanced both mentally and physically.
I had been wanting to go to one of Sophie's classes for years as I'd heard such good things about it but never made the time.
Her classes at the temple have been an excellent opportunity to do yoga for myself and the community.
I also like the way she mixes spirituality, the science and the other teachings that she has learnt herself from India and China, etc.
I have attended many different yoga classes at various locations and would say Sophie’s are by far the best with quality- due to her variety.
We (my workplace, BES) have recently started fortnightly mindfulness classes with Sophie, at our head office in Rochdale, as part of our drive towards improving the health and wellbeing of our fellow employees.
