Not just a gym, Darren has created a community of people with a common purpose to improve their fitness not just through boxing but so many other physical activities.
Great boxing club, clean, well equipped with Darren the owner / trainer.
Hot water was perfect and great pressure with both shower head and waterfall head.
Been coming to this gym for just over a year, literally got everything you need under one roof.
He's created great friendships there and we are really happy that he is keeping fit, whilst having fun and staying off the streets and out of trouble.
