Like her brother Dan, Keeley began swimming competitively from the age of seven and went on to compete at national level in the UK and Europe. She has been teaching swimming for 30 years working with mixed-ability swimmers to hone their swimming technique and skills. She specialises helping those who suffer from fear and phobia of the water to discover the joy of swimming.

I always feel so much better about my swimming after a lesson, and feel encouraged to get back in the pool and practice and improve.
A wonderful venue for swimmers of ALL levels, with plenty of free parking, and a veranda with tables and chairs, and a nice food-bar for post-swim hot chocolate, coffee and teas, plus egg/bacon rolls etc.
Keeley was very friendly and understanding of our abilities and gave us both appropriate drills and pointers to help us with our outdoor swim challenge.
Staff are always friendly and encouraging, willing to answer any questions and help wherever they can.
One week, I had a little panic in the water, and not only were the people on kayaks quick to respond, kind and encouraging, the other swimmer's around me stopped to check I was ok and help me.
I've appreciated the support and the learning in all of the above, they're an awesome team, but I particularly appreciate Keeley's patience to work with whatever ME/CFS is throwing my way, gradual improving technique and swimming fitness.
Swim for Tri has helped me improve my swimming from what was beginner level to coming out of the water in the top 10% of my age group in my last full distance Ironman event.
