
After being recommended Liz by a friend I started training 6 months before my daughters wedding. My initail goal was weight loss but after successfully achieving that goal I continued my sessions with Liz not to just maintain my weight but more importantly increase my core strength and flexibility. My biggest struggle is making time to exercise which by having a regular session helps 'keep me on track'. My advice to new clients would be to trust Liz completely as she has phenomenal knowledge of the working body and uses that by tailor making your session with exercise and stretches just for you. The old saying 'you only feel better after exercise' is absolutely true, walking away from my sessions with Liz always leaves me feeling rejuvenated.
