I love my practice at yogaloft when l can make it.
The loft offers a range of classes and styles and teachers offer modifications in a supported way - there’s not an ability or body type I’ve not seen in the classes - everyone is welcomed and supported.
I found Yogaloft and ashtanga not long after i first started yoga and i was hooked immediately, Teresas classes are highly addictive and such great fun and i was there as much as i possibly could be.

Kevin is so knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher incorporating advice, motivation, and humour into every class!
They are able to relate yoga principles to life, making every practice significant.
I do regular classes and have done my yoga teacher training and advanced teacher training here as well as workshops and classes.
The teachers are very friendly and bring kindness and humour to the classes.
Here the experience and knowledge base of the teachers is reflected in the classes providing a safe space for my yoga practice to develop physically , mentally and spiritually .
The best studio around, I have been coming for years, Kevin & Teresa have helped transform my practice, which has led me to my teacher training with them.
