The voucher can be redeemed at any time in that period, for the type of trek originally purchased or as part payment for another type of trek.

Yes, definitely! Although some of our rides are for experienced riders only, the rest are open to riders of all abilities. We always make sure that we cater safely for the least experienced riders on a ride, so mixed ability rides tend to be a little slower, but everyone is welcome and when we can, we try to give experienced riders a chance to go a little faster.

Unfortunately we are limited by our ponies on the amount of young children on the lead rein that we can take at once. Generally we only have 3 trek leaders on any given day so the maximum amount of lead rein children we can take is 3 although sometimes we can make exceptions so get in touch.

Unfortunately, as we only run a limited number of treks, we are unable to offer private sessions unless you purchase every space on a trek. We take up to 6 people on a trek together so you may be riding with other groups or individuals up to this total. We can sometimes offer sessions tailored to your group depending on your requirements and our trek leader availability.

As our entire operation is run on a voluntary basis by full-time students, it can sometimes take us a little longer to reply to emails, especially during exam seasons. We appreciate your patience if our replies are a little slow, but if you think your email might have been missed then feel free to contact us to check. During the summer when we are trekking in Glendevon, we have very limited access to internet so we ask that you please call us for any trekking or booking enquiries.
