FAQs

What if a session is fully booked?

You can still book in to get yourself onto the waiting list and get notified when a slot becomes available (via SMS or email). We do our best to get everybody in the gym at the time they want. On very busy slots, we always try to accommodate everyone by getting other instructors to coach our classes.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes, we offer one- or two-week trials throughout the year. Our trials are free to register with no hard sales and there is no obligation to join after your trial. Check out the latest offers here.

Is there a contract period?

Yes, we offer 6-month contract min, and if you do not want a contract there is that option as well, but at a higher fee. Occasionally, we run offers with no long term contract.

How do we keep everyone safe at the Gym?

You will train in your own zone not shared with anyone else All equipment will always be disinfected There are hand sanitisers and C&T QR code Sessions are now 45 min with a 15 min break before the next class 15 min dedicated after each class for cleaning, disinfecting and quicker turnover We also offer online coaching that go along with the gym timetable
