Together We Lift, is a mental health meet that is designed to raise money and awareness of mental health and the positive relationship that lifting weights can have on someone’s mental health. The day will comprise of four core event stations, followed by our hero event of the Team Deadlift Bar at the end of the day. Our aim for the event is to raise as much money and awareness for mental health charities as humanly possible. £40 to enter as a lifter. All PROFITS go to CPSL Mind, then we also have a JustGiving page set up for any potential sponsors, and supporters of the event.
