During this time Emma has become a mum for the second time, lost over 20kg in weight and entered her first few fitness competitions! Here is Emma’s member story… Q. What made you choose Aristos Fitness in the first place? A. I came because my sister and friend were members and said it was really good and that I would love it. I had been looking for a gym that had a good vibe and that I would feel comfortable attending. Q. What was your life like before you started at the gym? A. I wasn't happy with my weight and just wanted to start feeling a bit more confident, I had fallen into a bit of a yo-yo pattern. Q. What’s the single biggest goal you’ve achieved relating to your strength and performance in the gym? A. I’m just amazed at what your body can achieve when you set your mind to it and are consistent with training. Setting a goal and achieving it. Seeing the improvement maybe not week on week but compared to where you were this time last month or last year. Q. What's your favourite thing about Aristos Fitness? A. The amazing knowledgeable coaching team - I love that everyone brings something different. The atmosphere in the gym. I've met some fantastic people.
