What an absolute little gem of a place we have right on our doorstep down in Weston point. Brodie Bear and I had our first session today.. loved it. John Shelbourne makes u feel at ease and is very supportive and understanding, he's also very knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. As most of you know I have had years of pain and operations and have struggled when it comes to fitness as I can't have anything impact my spine... but that's no longer a problem.. absolutely made up with today's session.. proud of myself and Brodie.. can't wait for tomoro.. John we will drive u mad!!😁.. people check this place out!!..
