Madhav is a professionally qualified wellness expert who ran his own studio in India for 7 years. He himself has practiced yoga his whole life. Madhav’s completed his master’s in computer engineering from the University of Greenwich, London. He then pursued a career in IT but soon realised human engineering is more important to him. He quit IT and pursued his certification course in Yoga and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy. Madhav has helped many people to deal with the toughest of health diseases, such as Cancer plus chronic conditions and psychological stress brought on by our western lifestyles. Do I need to be fit to get personal training?

Nope! Everyone starts somewhere. Personal training is the best option when starting out to ensure you are put on the right track on your fitness journey whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just get stronger.

Do you charge per session?

No, I charge by the service. The sessions are part of a package which includes your own personalised workout program, a nutrition report, weekly check-ins, HubFitness class discounts, access to on demand yoga, pilates and mindfulness plus more.

Do you give me a nutrition plan?

Nutrition plans are included in your membership. I often work with people who have specific dietary requirements and will tailor nutrition plans to your needs.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy so if there is any chance you might not make a session please let me know. If I am able to, I will do my best to reschedule.
