What gets measured gets managed 📏 Hands up. 🙌 Who at the moment tracks anything to do with their health and fitness. If so what is that ? Also outside, health and fitness, would love to know if anyone tracks or has any habits they do regularly and how do these habits help them ? Here are a few I've thought of. Please comment below any you think help you. ✍️ journalling ✍️ meditation ✍️ reading ✍️ greatfullness diaries ✍️ setting priorities for the day ✍️ writing 3 positive things for the day ✍️ affirmations ✍️ no screens after 10pm Examples to do with health and fitness include weight, measurements, calories, measuring your heart rate-using heart rate trackers, sleep quality, steps etc. Would love to know if anyone struggles with creating and maintaining regular habits to do with their personal and professional life as well as their health and fitness ❓ We help our Clients maintain habits that are going to last them a lifetime.
