This is an online gentle seated class for those of us who find it difficult to do traditional Pilates lying on the floor. Some standing options will be given as appropriate and these can be done holding on to a wall or chair. Equipment needed - chair and, optionally, a couple of tins of beans if you want to work your arm muscles a little harder. Thursdays at 5:45 for 30 minutes. £4 per class, pay as you go.
