Big Workshop Weekend: Day Two The Pilates method seeks to address the body as a whole; all its systems, all its parts, working in orchestration. This workshop is dedicated to the comprehensiveness of the method and its systematic nature. It is split into three parts: assessment, conditioning, and correction. We will look at relevant exercise material on ALL apparatus (including smaller less familiar tools) and explore different ways to navigate the method. We will also discuss the teacher’s role and useful hacks to let the method teach itself.
