Do you offer Reformer classes?
Yes. Jo has been teaching Reformer Pilates for over 10 years and we are still one of the few places to offer Reformer sessions in Ashford. These classes use Reformer and Tower based equipment and with a maximum of 3 clients per class, each client is provided with a personalised programme for their individual progression. Reformer classes are a great way to tone, strengthen and mobilise.
Can I do Pilates to lose weight?
Pilates is a great way to help you to lose weight by augmenting it with a healthy lifestyle. If you have particular goals then please contact Jo to discuss the best programme for weight loss.
Can I do Pilates if I have an injury?
Depending on the injury you can still do Pilates. In fact Pilates if often recommended by physiotherapists as part of recovery and decreasing the risk of re-injury. Please contact Jo to discuss an injury before attending a class and always stop any exercise if you are experiencing pain or discomfort to check with a professional before continuing.
