Inversions is a great way to develop strength, confidence, and overall physical and mental health. The concentration and skill is transferable into many daily tasks we do and to an overall increase in our self confidence. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! This workshop is designed to build your confidence, by breaking down each inversion to the building blocks of the pose and giving you the tools, knowledge and exercises you need to develop your practice at home or in class. We will explore headstands, forearm balancing (pincha) and handstands; correct alignment and technique; different entries and pose variations; plus safe and easy ways to exit the pose when you need! We will connect to our playful spirit, use walls as props, and partner work for support . . . and with two teachers available, there will be plenty of opportunity for hands-on-support and adjustments.
