Are there any Covid-19 restrictions in place at your venues?

There are no restrictions in place, but North Lincolnshire Council does take infection control seriously and have procedures in place to minimise the spread of infection in our venues.

Can I meet & greet an act or go backstage?

Unfortunately, backstage passes are not available to buy, however, selected events may offer VIP tickets to be purchased which can include exclusive meet and greet opportunities.

Can I bring a camera into the theatres?

The official policy of the theatres and the touring shows, forming part of the conditions of sale when you purchase a ticket, is that the unauthorised use of cameras, video and any other form of recording equipment including iPads and Tablets is strictly prohibited.

I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund?

Where a show is going ahead as planned, on it's original date, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you have booked tickets through Ticketmaster you can resell them through their fan-to-fan ticket exchange.

I am wanting to discuss my ticket order or make a change to my seats, who do I contact?

If you purchased tickets online, you need to contact Ticketmaster - our own Box Office is unable to change or amend any order placed through Ticketmaster. To contact Ticketmaster, you will need to complete their online form by CLICKING HERE.
