Develop strength, flexibility and stability of the physical body and of the mind as you flow continuously from one pose to the next synchronising the sequence of poses with the inhalation and the exhalation. Modifications are offered for the poses to match the openness and energy of the body. Each class is divided into three parts: pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), and meditation. This class is open to different levels.
