Here is this years timetable for the amazing Orbit Wellbeing Festivalí ½í² a family friendly festival that is suitable for all ages, all abilities and has something for everyone. The venue is the ever gorgeous Hopton Court Estate which holds a very special place in my heart after sharing many gorgeous sound baths here last summer. This year Iâll be sharing two sessions at Orbit, Saturday sound bath & Sunday wild flow yoga, both in the orangery and under the stretch tent. All of my sessions are open to all, one is the ultimate relaxation experience, the other not so much í ½í¸í ½í¸ so Iâll either be singing you to sleep, or shouting at you to dance and play harder! It would be amazing to see you there if youâre around for the weekend, I promise youâll love it, the evening music is also something that is not to be missed!ní ¼í¼¿í ¼í¼¿í ¼í¼¿...
