Is this something you'd find helpful? í ½í±nnI've had more chats with parents and members than normal recently about nutrition, training, and recovery, and thought I'd offer an idea; would anyone be interested in an online Q&A forum every now and then where parents/members can ask questions about health and fitness and get informed answers? nnI've paid a lot of time and money in uni fees and textbooks so more than happy to put it to use í ¾í´£nnTopics can be anything related to boxing, diet, nutrition and training. My first two uni courses were in nutrition and I am an AFN accredited nutritionist (i.e. regulated and vetted) though I also worked as a chef for about a decade so can help with any real-world cooking support, plus I am used to being empty-pocketed which means I've got some more realistic tips on how to stay healthy for those on a budget. nnI have also coached boxing for 8+ years, and worked as a personal trainer for nearly 7 years. I am currently doing a masters degree in exercise physiology so more than willing to get nerdy if anyone has more training specific questionsí ¾í´nnLike I say, it's just an offer if anyone would find it useful. I'll leave this post here and if anyone would like some help then I'd say to put any questions or suggestions forward in the comments so we know if there's any interest!
