Megan is a qualified Yoga instructor and did her Yoga Teachers training at Yogpeeth in Rishikesh, India just before the first lockdown in 2020. Her yoga is fun, adaptable and spiritual as she enhances relaxation with unique meditation techniques, sound therapy and guided meditation. She is also a professional Fine Artist and did her BA Hons degree in Fine Art at Norwich University of the arts, as well as a diploma in Art and Design at Stamford College. Her years of selling art, being a successful art commissioner and teaching both adults and children means that she can incorporate her skills within the retreats to spread the joy of creativity and the benefits it has on mental health.

Highly recommend Megan's classes and retreats
Great guided meditation with breath work throughout and an absolute magical sound bath to finish.
I was notified and emailed of all the details, what I would and wouldn't need to bring, where to park etc.
She really does think about everything, from providing vegan friendly and gluten free food, to making sure we have all supplies to have lots of fun!
Megan is amazing she listens to your needs and Taylor’s your moment to these.
Megan is an experienced , kind and enthusiastic instructor that was able to ensure all of the participants got the moat out of the session.
I especially love the sound healing at the end of the class which is amazing.
Fantastic class, Megan is a fab teacher with loads of knowledge and the relaxation at the end of each class is the cherry on top !
She demonstrates the options for moves to allow you to push and stretch yourself to your own limits.
She often explains the why too, which helps you understand the pose and how it helps your body.
