Had a fantastic time getting creative with my friend at Arttastic's Craftanoon session! Such an inspiring space, lucky to have it just down the road and loved the sound of all the craft activities on offer. It was hard to narrow it down, there were so many to choose from and the “menu” helpfully provided information of which age groups each craft was suitable for which will be useful for parents. We had to go for making polymer clay jewellery. We were provided with all the materials and a detailed outline of how to work with the medium before we got stared; Gina made us feel very welcome and kept popping back to check we were doing okay and offer tips and advice so we could get the outcome we were aiming for. Earlier this week I did my second workshop at Arttastic in Birstall and thoroughly enjoyed it!
It really is a treasure trove full of lovely art inside.
The group was fully booked with only 6 people, which I really appreciated as sometimes places overbook with lots of people and then don’t have the time to do what is needed.
My 12 year old daughter and I have had an amazing afternoon creating resin artworks, Gina's supervision, guidance and expert knowledge was second to non.
Fantastic teacher for all ages.
Really enjoyed the wreath making class this morning, it was such an easy and chilled class, and the results were great.

I visited with my 16 yo daughter who is doing art GCSE, Gina Suzette helped us choose our activities from the menu, set the table for us and got us going with creating our pieces.
Myself and a close friend attended today to try out a craft we hadn't tried before and from start to finish had an absolutely incredible time - we really enjoyed the setting, the atmosphere, appreciated the guidance and encouragement and feel so excited to have created something new that didn't exist before we showed up!
