I have been attending the Monday evening beginners class with Carrie for almost two years now and I really enjoy each class and can feel the benefits of practising yoga both mentally and physically.

Classes are really enjoyable, friendly and welcoming.
The quality of teaching is outstanding and the welcome is warm and friendly.
Great range of class options and workshops delivered in a bright airy studio with excellent facilities and equipment provided.
It is a great experience to me to chill and enjoy doing yoga here every Friday afternoon.

After working for 10 weeks with Andrea & Jill I don't know why I was concerned - I was made to feel right on home straight away and attending these classes were one of the best decisions I have made recently.
