I am in agreement with Claire that EVERYONE needs to learn about polyvagal as society becomes more fragmented and concerning.

I found Claire's rest, distress and reconnect evening to be very mindful and peaceful due to the beautiful atmosphere of all the people there, the music and Claire's calming voice.
As a creaky 67 yr old I was a bit apprehensive about a two hour session but I needn’t have worried.
She is so thoughtful and has a beautiful way of bringing calmness, and gives inner strength to your body.
For people who are concerned that yoga can be sometimes be uncomfortable, both physically and socially in new groups, this evening is utterly relaxing and wonderful.

I realise I didn’t ever know what anxiety even really way before I met Claire…now I have a completely different view of it, and amazingly I really felt an incredible change over these months and feel well equipped going forwards.
