Great gym, good equipment very welcoming great for beginners and very friendly atmosphere.
The best place you could ever go to if you’re interested in any aspect of MMA, I’ve been wanting to start for years now but always felt nervous to start, when I moved to York I decided to jump into it and DNA MMA was the first one I found, I was nervous walking in but immediately felt comfortable and welcomed by Dustin and everybody there, Dustin and the other coaches are ridiculously knowledgeable and make everything they teach enjoyable and manage to break everything down very well, I’m so happy and lucky to be apart of such a great team.
Been with them 3 years now not regretted one second.
Had my first session with Felix this morning, extremely early but he was raring to go and super helpful and patient with me the whole time.
