Krav Maga –Fightingsystems Krav Maga self defence is a military self Defence, fighting system, derived from a combination of many self defence forms, taking elements from Wrestling, Boxing, Jujutsu, Aikido, Karate and Judo giving students an all round personal self defence system. Krav Maga is purely aimed at learning self defence without the history, philosophy or etiquette and deep technical elements required to study an art form, this giving a faster route to self defence proficiency. Fightingsystems Krav Maga offers tried and tested defence strategies for dealing with street and domestic violence along with building strong body and mind through physical training and scenario drills long with developing strong defensive counter strikes.
