Looking for something a bit gentler or restricted by health limitations? Why not try my Chair Yoga class where we move slowly whilst utilising a chair to aid the practice. This is a shorter 45 minute session allowing for time at the end for a cuppa and biscuit, all included in the price.

I joined a lovely group of ladies for one of Georgina's Paddle Board Yoga retreats and it was fantastic from start to finish.
