Not your average gym by all accounts, we tried to ensure we have something for everyone with a cardio floor featuring the latest equipment with Life Fitness Treadmills, Concept 2 Ski Ergs and Rowers, Bikes, Jacobs Ladder and Versa Climbers. The ground floor has two dedicated weights areas with racks, platforms, Olympic plates, free weights, cable machines and more. There is a functional training area complimented by our Box master and Uppercut stations, and to top it off we have a full size Boxing Ring for you to practise whatever you fancy in.

Having a gym bolted onto where you train your martial arts is also very helpful as you're able to get your strength and conditioning done at the same place.
Everything you could possibly need is here, great workouts, great tuition and great people.
Gym01 is a great gym with lovely coaches who push you but are supportive and encouraging always.
Needless to say, this welcoming environment has been a major reason I was able to stick it out and get fit and strong again!

Great gym and facility with a high level of teaching for every class
Best coaches on the south coast with huge experience, there are lots of different disciplines of martial arts to learn, from MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing.
Lots of mats, punching bags, classes, great training partners and awesome coaches.
Firstly having 1-2-1 kickboxing lessons with Baby Limbs (Michael Lucy) then building up my confidence to join the KB classes - I absolutely love it
The welcoming atmosphere and skilled coaches make it perfect for everyone, from pros to beginners.
