The gym is located along a waterway with a nice outdoor view and convenient location.
The place is always clean, with a wide range of equipment including kettlebells, exercise balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, elastic bands, dumbbells, and barbells
The facilities are in great condition with Sauna and steam room I believe it’s a great value service which is something difficult to find in London.
Elite equipment, welcoming, sauna, and by the canal.
The equipment was great, there were a few different squat racks, hex/trap bar for deadlifting, leg press, cardio area, resistance bands, stretching area and more.
Some of the machines are a bit worn out and I’d prefer have a few of the same machines like lat pull/seated row one.
The Gym by the canal It is a small gym, but it is managed very well and has good facilities.
Tim at reception was really helpful, welcoming and friendly!

When I walked in I was immediately impressed with the look of the gym and its tidiness, and even more, the lovely trainers and staff who greet you every time you walk in!!
