Lauren Gray Yoga

She manages to make every session so perfect, always choosing interesting or seasonal themes which really gets you thinking whilst you practice.

What a wonderful restorative and enriching yoga class - exactly my sort of yoga - have been welcomed by the group, Lauren is full of joy and warmth - clearly passionate about sharing her skill and knowledge and supporting each and every participant on their own journey.

She provides variety in her classes and is supportive and encouraging, helping you to grow in your practice.

She has the wonderful ability to hold space for you as she leads you in a practice that encourages you to listen to your body and meet it where it is.

She has always kept very mindful of how her class is feeling & will readily adapt to any situation as her knowledge is excellent.

She was recommended to me for aerial yoga and i couldn't be more happy, having developed a taste for it whilst on holiday in the Maldives.

Her sense of fun, knowledge of the ancient stories associated with yoga and inspiring classes focusing on a different theme every week make each class a joy.

I am really excited to be able to return to the Ariel yoga classes and will definitely be a regular attendee!

She shares a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and her classes are always delivered via her warm, smiley vibe.

Yoga with Lauren is the perfect mixture of flow, intensity, relaxation and guided learning about different topics and areas linked to yoga.
