What a wonderful restorative and enriching yoga class - exactly my sort of yoga - have been welcomed by the group, Lauren is full of joy and warmth - clearly passionate about sharing her skill and knowledge and supporting each and every participant on their own journey.
She provides variety in her classes and is supportive and encouraging, helping you to grow in your practice.
