I've been doing yoga with Lucy for a while now, starting with pregnancy yoga (which was great) and now mother and baby yoga which both me and my son love! Last night I did my first restorative class with Lucy (via Zoom), I have to say I have not felt that relaxed in a very long time! Lucy is a fantastic yoga teacher, she is a lovely person and is very calm and soothing! I highly recommend her classes.

Welcoming and relaxing environment and Lucy makes you feel so at ease.
I go to the post natal baby class- a great mix of yoga and time to spend with your little one.
Very relaxing for mums and tailored towards you needs each week, sooo many cute touches like space to talk to other mums, Lucy makes everyone hot drinks and brings a treat each week which is so sweet.
She created such a calm and relaxing environment and both myself and my baby thoroughly enjoyed it.
The WhatsApp and information shared after each class is really useful for me to use the skills taught at home and in preparation for labour.
Saw Lucy for prenatal yoga and postnatal with our baby boy and we’ve loved all our sessions.
We also had an hour of stay and play included afterwards which was a lovely opportunity to have a tea and chat to other mums whilst the little ones play ☺️.
Lucy is a fabulous teacher, she is very knowledgable and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease from the first session.
I attended the 7 week pregnancy yoga class on Monday evenings and it was a highlight of each of my weeks.
The attention to detail from lucy is really appreciated and my lavender eye mask we were all gifted is my jew favourite sleep aide.
