Sentiment Analysis
Each module inspired and intrigued me in different ways, but I particularly enjoyed the anatomy and physiology, philosophy, pranayama and meditation modules.
Never having done combat-based fitness before I went along for my trial session with MA&Y with some trepidation.
My son has been coming to the Martial Arts class on Thursdays since he was 4 years old (that’s nearly 3 years now) and he absolutely still loves it, he got bored of some other activities but not this one!
Having no prior experience of martial arts before joining MA&Y, the classes themselves have helped me improve my fitness and confidence.
This place is the best.
I have seen fantastic development in their characters, particularly in areas such as self control and respect for others which are at the core of their training.
Amazing and clean facilities, a world class coach in Rob and a very welcoming and friendly bunch of people.
I have practised Choi Kwan Do with Mr Johnson and then Ms Shoulders, and now I am practising BJJ with Roberto Almeida.
They are amazingly equipped to accommodate new starters, the sessions are very well structured and it's a great fun and safe environment to practice.
Great for all the family with the classes they offer for self defence and yoga really friendly people Gaia and Julian are just lovely!
