Sophie began practising yoga in her late twenties, attending yoga classes to help manage her asthma and anxiety whilst working in London. She certified as a Yoga Alliance yoga teacher in April 2010 while abroad in Taiwan. In January 2022, she attained her advanced yoga teacher certification after two years of further training in London. Sophie is an accredited Experienced R.Y. T 200 hours and R.Y. T 500 hours Advanced Yoga Teacher, specialising in yoga, meditation and movement to support emotional resilience, mental health and physical mobility. With U. K and international training and teaching experience, Sophie has 20 years of practice in various styles of yoga. She is also Y.A.C.E. P designated to train yoga teachers, provide professional guidance and facilitate accredited workshops.
