On top of everything else, and for anyone trying to drop some weight in the new year, I've lost a stone while training at neon by following some of the coaches advice and staying consistent with training.
Been training at neon for a while now and honestly very happy I changed to this gym, trevor and the rest of the coaches are very knowledgeable and it has a very friendly atmosphere.
