Plus I suffer with chronic pain and am prone to back injuries so I see Viv there sometimes for Osteopathy sessions, I could not reccomend her and &Osteo more.

After NHS physio sign-off had left me with some persistent lower back and sciatica pain, Vivien's combination of osteopathy, dry needling and prescribed exercises eliminated this in a few sessions.
This place is unmatched - I had a short burst of osteo treatment & it completely sorted me out.
It’s such a lovely community, the classes are great and always varied, the instructors are fun and so motivating and the receptionists are warm and welcoming.
My back and hips had been in a lot of pain from a slipped disc, Vivien provided an excellent initial consultation then dry needling followed by exercises I can do to help.
Highly recommend Vivienne she is a miracle worker!
Excellent variety of classes & treatments.
Always professional and helpful - got me through my pregnancy and will definitely continue to come after.
