Dante is the organiser of the very successful Oxford Tango Festival, which is now in its seventh year and attracts dancers from across Europe. He is the director of two important Tango Schools in the UK "The Northern Tango Academy" and the "Oxford Tango Academy" with professional resident maestros from Buenos Aires. Dante has been teaching tango for over fifteen years and has become recognised for his unique and in-depth teaching methods.

My husband and I have been lucky enough to be learning Tango with Dante and Lily for just over a year and we thoroughly enjoy every lesson and look forward to every Monday.
By far the best dance instructors I've had the pleasure to learn under in Oxford!
I particularly enjoy Dante's BA style of teaching and the Practica organised by Lilie which has a friendly atmosphere and is a safe place for me to try new sequences.
These include private lessons, regular group lessons, retreats and trips to Argentina.
Classes, events festivals and a really nice community where you can make friends, keep fit and have fun!
Currently (3/2023) the Oxford tango community is largely based around their sessions, comprises a welcoming set of slightly eccentric people, roughly balanced for leaders and followers, with an even spread of abilities and experience, as you would expect for a university town.
We did the beginners 6-week course as a nice date night activity and now really look forward to continuing by attending the various classes and events they hold throughout the week.
The teachers - Dante and Lilie - are excellent, and the dancing community is lovely - highly recommend!
